Current officers running for the 2026-2027 Executive Board

• All positions are open to nominations. Nominations listed below are Board Members that have volunteered to continue to serve.

Chapter 52 Executive Board Main Responsibilities

Chapter 52 International Directors

• We have two (2) International Directors and they are typically the President and 1st Vice President of the Chapter

• Attend Spring and Fall Forums 

• Provide status updates on the Chapter for the Region

• Voting Directors at the Annual International Education Conference

*They vote on issues such as International and Regional Officers, international bylaws and changes and many more items

President

• Lead Chapter Board and General Membership Meetings

• Draft and Circulate Agenda for Board Meetings

• Secure Sponsors for Meetings

• Upload Agenda and Minutes to International Organization

• Attend and Provde Updates at Spring and Fall Forums

• Attend and Vote at Annual International Education Conference

• Appoint Chairs for Committees

1st Vice President

• Attend and Vote at Annual International Education Conference

• Secure Venue and Food & Beverage for all Chapter Meetings

• Work with President and Treasurer on Budget for Meetings

2nd Vice President

• Secure Speakers for General Membership Meetings

Secretary

• Take Minutes, Prepare & Distribute to Board

• Prepare all Communications for Nominations & Elections

Assistant Secretary

• Fill in for Secretary, as needed

Treasurer

• Recieve and Distribute All Funds for the Chapter

• Upload all Financial Information to International Organization

Assistant Treasurer

• Fill in for Treasurer, as needed
