Jeremy serves as the Assistant Secretary and Website/Social Media Chair for IRWA Chapter 52. He brings 12 years of real estate experience to the board and is a licensed Realtor® in both Virginia and North Carolina. An active IRWA member currently working toward his Right of Way Agent (RWA) designation, Jeremy is passionate about supporting the chapter's mission, professional growth, and regional networking.

Jeremy's daily work focuses on helping local residents, businesses (and owners), public agencies, and utility providers smoothly navigate the behind-the-scenes steps of infrastructure development. His expertise spans project management, land acquisition, utility easement negotiations, title analysis, and relocation assistance. Rather than just managing transactions, Jeremy focuses on open public outreach, clear planning, and careful reviews to ensure that complex infrastructure projects respect community needs while successfully meeting critical project demands.

In his role on the board, Jeremy is dedicated to helping progress Chapter 52 into modern times. By leveraging updated digital strategies and communication tools, he aims to streamline chapter operations and boost public engagement. His focus is on driving professional development, expanding accessible educational opportunities, and strengthening active member involvement from the inside out to better support right-of-way professionals throughout the region.
