Breion is a Project Coordinator with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), bringing a diverse background in infrastructure, real estate, and public service. Prior to joining VDOT, he served as a Right-of-Way Agent for the City of Suffolk and worked as a real estate appraiser, gaining extensive experience in property valuation, land acquisition, and project development.

Breion is currently completeing his MBA in Business Management at Hampton University, where he continues to strengthen his leadership, strategice planning, and organizational management skills. He is passionate about professional growth, leadership, and building meaningful relationships. A firm believer that "your network equals your net worth," Breion actively invests in networking, mentorship, and community engagementment.

With a strong passion for real estate and infrastructure, Breion is dedicated to helping communities grow through effective project coordination, transportation improvements, and economic development. His goal is to leverage his experience and education to create opportunities, build stron partnerships, and drive positve chang through the communities he serves.
